Easter - Part 4

For part 4 of our Easter focus, we talked about Jesus being the King of the Israelites and how he was mocked by the rulers.  Mark 15:1-15  So we used a crown of thorns as our picture.  

For this craft we used a piece of white cloth that she colored with washable markers.

Then we used soapy water to paint over the marker to make it bleed...

After it dried, we glued the crown on and the frame. And this is how it turned out....

Then we talked some more about Jesus being our king.  So made a crown out of a paper plate.  She liked being able to decorate it and then when she put it on....
