Letter A-part 1

Bella loves working with her Dot markers.  So she needs help with staying in the lines and how to write her letters.  this accomplishes both! She isn't that great at it yet though, unless I guide her.  So this will be something we do with each letter. I got the sheets from here.

As we work through the alphabet, we will have a memory verse do go with that letter.

Here she finger painted A for Alligator.  This was the first time she has used finger paints! Love Christmas gifts :)

 We have the play dough mats for each letter.  So I would give her pieces of play dough and then had her stick it inside the lines. This is a great activity for her as she is still learning the concept of staying in the lines.

Then I had her work on differentiating between big "A" and little "a".  And she actually new the difference between the two and has now gotten the concept of dotting a specific spot and not dragging the dotter or dotting all over the place!

Then we worked on coloring a letter "a" sheet on the iPad! Gotta love technology lol!

Then we made a big "A" craft.  "A" for alligator :)  I got the idea from here.  I hope to do a little "a" craft next week! We shall see lol
